As a part of Navsoft Talent Acquisition team, I was responsible for Leadership Hiring, Senior level position Niche Skills searches, Software Professionals, Technical recruitment, Management professionals, and talent Acquisition team hiring.Also handling the below mentioned HR functions:1. Handling End to End Recruitment, Selection, Induction, Joining Formalities, Salary Negotiation, Employees Engagement, Statutory Compliance, Payroll Coordination, Policy Formulation etc.,2. Maintenance of employee database.3. Maintaining /Updating Leave Records.4. Preparation of Salary Statement.5. Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.6. Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.7. Conducting various welfare activities.8. Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip, leave encashment and full & final settlements.9. Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality10. Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database, organogram) of each employee.
