SIXENSE Systems is the monitoring part of SIXENSE GroupActivities: Design and realisation of structural Health Monitoring Systems for bridges and other large structures, specifically for pres-stressed structures. In addition, Sixense propose measurement campaigns with a panel of Non Destructives Systems.After few years spent as Project manager, I was promoted to the position of Operation Manager thanks to my implication in business growth and team development. The main activities of my current position are:- Team management (technical and experts profiles), including line management and recruitment. - Definition of quality processes - accountable for 250k€ monthly turnover- Supervision of all projects from signature to reception with a continuous margin growth goal.- Participation in the company strategy and development committee. (Vision of short, medium and long term business plan)- Company financial control and perspectives.

Being project manager at Sixense Group was the opportunity to develop international skills. The countries diversity and the multiples followed contracts have developed my capacity to stay flexible, curious, and face challenges. I was in charge of :- Contract execution for public and private clients- Project team management and subcontractors coordination- Realization contract addendum.- Redaction of contractual and technical documents, including project risks analysis (financial, delay, security)- Security aspects and quality process application- Financial aspect of my projects and their final marginsThe turnover of each project was from 150k€ to 3M€. Typical project duration was from few months to 3 yearsExamples of realization:- Forth road bridge – Suspended structure for bay crossing (Scotland)- Dong Siri – Offshore oil rig (Denmark)- NKP barge - Offshore oil rig (Congo)- Bai Chay bridge – Stay cables structure for delta crossing (Vietnam)- Chek lap kok link – Prestressed bridge for airport connexion (Hong Kong)- Korabelny & Petrovsky – St Petersburg ring road bridges - (Russia)- Ile de Ré bridge – Prestressed structure for isle connexion (France)
