CurrentIn 2009, I launched a law firm, in close affiliation with a UK colleague, Terry Marsh. Our firm focuses on supporting cutting-edge technology. Areas of expertise include IP licensing, contract negotiation, merger & acquisition, IP advice, contract manufacturing, real estate law (leases), corporate and all the day-to-day areas related to running a tech company. I've been the General Counsel of Avid Audio (Digidesign, M-Audio and Sibelius) for many years; my goal is to bring that expertise to assist digital media companies with a pragmatic, cost-effective delivery of high-quality legal services. I am admitted to practice law in the State of California and advise on matters throughout the United States. In cooperation with Terry Marsh, who heads up RafterMarsh UK, we provide global services to the entertainment and high tech industries. Jessica Fajfar, Dave Bartlett and Philipp Lengleing round out our firm's expertise.
