CurrentOversee company's HR program in the key areas of recruitment, compliance, performance management and diversity efforts while providing a people-focused perspective. • Manage full lifecycle of hiring, from recruitment to employment to exit• Assist company leaders in developing skills to manage employees more effectively through modeling, coaching, instruction and training• Provide guidance to leadership team on matters related to talent management and employee relations• Offer day-to-day employee relations support for all team members• Mediate and resolve employee relation issues using interpersonal communication skills while facilitating collaborative problem solving strategies. • Handle employee conflicts and differences by interpreting employee needs.• Partner with and involve leadership team in all HR initiatives and participate in all staff meetings• Provide HR insights on business issues as well as an understanding of business strategy and goals• Support payroll and benefits administration with third-party vendors
