I've been designing and leading programs for nonprofit teams and for women leaders working in technology and social impact for 25 years. As a coach, facilitator and trainer, I support professionals to thrive in their mission-driven work while prioritizing their own wellbeing. I believe that wellbeing is the foundation for creating meaningful change in the world. I am founder, coach and facilitator at ConvergeWell, and co-founder and Advisory Board Chair at WAKE International. I hold MA degrees in Integrative Health and International Policy and certifications from the International Coaching Foundation, the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches, and in advanced coaching, immersive, career and life design coaching, and guided imagery and meditation.
