I have worked in the Human Resources arena for well over a quarter century. My goal is to establish an HR Academy for Undefended Students (US) that teaches the basic principles and lifestyle of Human Resources, that can be replicated both nationally and internationally. The academy's mission is to break the pipeline from school to prison and provide a mechanism for economic independence. My mission is to affect change in the community by providing training and education on the lifestyle of Human Resources to our youths.
