Duties & Responsibilities:  • Follow up daily Human Resource activities as per the company policy and need.• Prepare HR-related reports as needed and update employee files timely.• Maintain Leave and Attendance Record.• Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves and other relevant data.• Ensure the accurate processing of recruitment, employee appointments, induction, transfers, promotions, and terminations.• Maintain Official internal permanent assets.• Process the purchase requisitions and assists in purchase orders and invoicing.• Monitoring and assist the office assistants in their work. • Report to the supervisor about above mentioned all issues. • Promote a positive and open work environment.• Any other relevant works assigned by the management.
