As the HRIS, Compensation and Benefits Manager I am responsible for the oversight, maintenance, support, and process documentation for the systems used within Human Resources and I am the technical point-of-contact for users on all HR related systems. My responsibilities and accomplishments include:- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws including researching new state laws- Project future costs due to minimum wage increases and changes to state laws- Coach managers on payroll, benefits, and general HR policies and procedures- Create forms and policies as needs are recognized and as direct manager and other team members request- Implemented Ceridian Dayforce from ADP, key player in discover, testing, and go live- Discovered and eliminated duplicate processes in the payroll procedures- Complied with annual TRDA reporting requirements through creating reports in ADP and Enterprise and submitting reports to IRS- Created punch policies within HRIS to match the terms of the CBA

When I first started at VPNE, I was the "Onboarding Specialist," this quickly expanded into a Talent Acquistion Manager role. As the Talent Acquisition Manager I improved upon existing recruiting processes and participated in the selection and implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS). My accomplishments and responsibilities included:- Selected and implemented a new ATS, iCIMS- Improved recruiting process to better meet hiring manager needs through conversations with hiring managers and by changing the screening and selection process- Managed some HR Generalists tasks including employee relations and coaching managers on FMLA, employee discipline, and other topics as needed- Revised process for satellite hires to improve the hiring experience for new hires and hiring managers outside the Boston Area - Training Hiring Managers on interview and selection process
