• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to maintain a continuous talent pipeline to fulfill current and future staffing needs• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, colleges, industry representatives, community organizations, and other sources to build a high-quality and diverse candidate pool.• Manage recruiting outreach efforts including job fairs, hiring days, advertising, networking, employee referrals and campus recruiting• Source, screen and interview candidates for placement within the business• Develop creative sourcing strategies to find passive candidates• Provide candidate communication and feedback• Maintain accurate reports on recruiting and selection activity• Organize and store resumes in applicant tracking system database to assure compliance with document retention laws• Coach hiring managers on legally sound recruiting practices; help managers develop effective interview questions; conduct periodic training of managers on recruiting and interviewing techniques• Develop and extend offers with department management• Complete onboarding processes to transition new employees into the company
