Brad is a seasoned business leader and the driving force behind HRDQ, where he has worked for 37 years and currently serves as President and CEO. With four decades of experience in training and development, he has dedicated his career to helping organizations improve workplace performance through research-based, experiential learning solutions. His leadership has continued HRDQ’s reputation as a trusted provider of innovative training tools, including assessments, customizable courses, course delivery, and experiential training games.Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Clark University, focusing on psychology and human resources. There, he cultivated his passion for education and organizational development. He furthered his executive education by completing a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Villanova University.Before leading HRDQ, Brad honed his expertise in various senior roles in the organization, including serving as Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Sales. At HRDQ, he’s gained valuable insights into communication, personality style, building high-performing teams, and developing effective leaders.As a prolific writer and thought leader, Brad has authored numerous articles on personality, leadership, team dynamics, and workplace culture. He regularly contributes to both the HRDQstore.com and HRDQU.com blogs, sharing his expertise with professionals and organizations seeking to develop great people skills in their workforce.Outside of work, Brad balances his professional pursuits with personal passions, including alpine skiing, hiking, and fly fishing. In 1992, he successfully thru-hiked the 2,100-mile Appalachian Trail, cementing his love of the outdoors and providing background for the HRDQ survival simulation Black Bear. Brad’s gregarious nature and unique blend of experience, education, and enthusiasm make him a respected voice in the training and development industry.
