Transferring "paper archive" into digital, and index these files in AuracatSupport Policy OfficerWorking for this non-profit organisation was great fun. The goal was to build up a digital archive, which made it possible with a simple query in Auracat to find articles digitally. I also sorted out cases for the Policy Officer, mostly online.

Because of that, I experienced several different devices within the company, from card acceptance and clearing, backoffice, accounts payable, and database management for retail and franchische network. The database was builded by myself in MS Access. In the period I was Assistent Backoffice Manager, I installed systems (backoffice) on site. In the period I worked for the cards-department, I was also "key user fraude", and solved several skimming cases. Working together with the field service officer cards always went pleasant.

Building templates in MS Word and MS Excel was a new challenge, but a period to learn how to use these apps at the best. The teamwork was great, the opportunity also!

All kinds of chemicals and fabrics needed to be tested before they went into production. Very learnfull, and a very good employer!

Part Time Sales Representative,AdviserWarehouse / Cash ResponsibleDuring the December periods, I worked part-time for Bart Smit, mostly in the evenings and saturdays and sundays. I learned how to treat customers, and guide them into the right buy for both parties. At the same time I was responsible for the check-out, and stock. A super experience, and I learned a lot. In that period, I also met "Bart Smit" in real life. Big memories!
