In this role, I support the recruitment and retention of diverse and qualified talent for the power grids automation, integration, high voltage, switchgear, and breakers segments in Latin America, covering more than 10 countries and multiple projects.I have a strong background in strategic and operational HR processes, comprehensive evaluation, and continuous improvement, as well as a bachelor's degree in psychology and a professional certification in HR competencies management.
