About Les Thomas
Being in HR for 25 years has taught me a lot about people and their needs, wants and desires. I find it very fulfilling to be a part of helping people and treating people with respect, dignity and compassion while holding them accountable for their actions in all kinds of situations. Having empathy is very important when working in the HR field. Someone once told me HR is like the police, you don't want them following behind you but you want them right away when they need help or assistance. I love to travel and find that is a great form of educating myself on different cultures, people and geography. Oh, by the way....I love chocolate and I love what I do to make the world a better place and better workplace.
