What's the role of a Campaign Manager I hear you say?Well, as a fully-integrated agency, it's an all-encompassing role. Our campaigns are centred around powerful storytelling to raise brand awareness, drive leads and help influence behaviour change. Working with my clients to craft compelling stories, I then build an integrated campaign strategy to reach our target audience. This includes paid media (digital/OOH/ATL); earned media (securing press and media coverage); shared media (influencer strategies); owned media (creating content in various formats). I manage campaigns from ideation to evaluation, monitoring project plans, budgets and thorough reporting to ensure each campaign delivers against KPIs. Oh, and I'm a people person which is an advantage in this industry as building relationships is key to campaign success. I currently manage Foster Wales, National Adoption Service and Educators Wales.
