Audit & Assurance, Int’l Tax & Transfer Pricing•Only trainee involved in the Transfer Pricing Audit of the largest reinsurance company in India, u/s 92E of the Income Tax Act, 1961, having an Aggregate Value of International Transactions ~INR 3100 crores. The entity’s transactions were thoroughly evaluated in line with comparables to ensure that they were being reported at arm’s length. The engagement also involved preparation of the Transfer Pricing Study Report.•Assisted in the year-end finalization of a Life Insurance Company with Net Premium Income exceeding ~INR 2800 crores. Covered important audit areas including partial and full surrender of policies, maturities, survival benefits. •Assisted in the Limited Review & year-end finalization of a market leader in the space of Synthetic Resins manufacturing in India with revenues ~INR 250 crores. In addition to regular audit procedures, I performed various analytical procedures including preparation of a variation analysis; also assisted in the preparation of the auditor’s presentation to the entity’s audit committee.•Assisted in the Review Engagement under SRE 2410 & year-end finalization of a privately held entity, a contract manufacturer for companies like Mattel, Topps; specializing in the manufacture of playing cards and card games with a production capacity of ~50 million decks a year. Prepared the Auditor’s presentation to the Board. Also assisted in the inventory audit which involved understanding of various business processes of the entity and test of controls of the entity’s production line at its factory.
