ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for daily operational support of FL’s ID Access Management and Infrastructure Terminations processes. ID requests include any request for a login ID to an FL system or application. This includes user login IDs (Active Directory), mainframe IDs, login IDs to access Friends Life business applications. In reviewing every ID request for appropriateness to ensure adherence to FL’s security policies and guidelines. A summary of Security Compliance responsibilities include:Ownership of approval process for privilege access to ensure security compliance Infrastructure ID Access Request and ID Terminations Operational execution of the ID access approval process Responsibilities from Security Fulfillment side mainly includes three kind of tasks need to complete based on the request for all the application like Create New User, Modification of Existing User and Deleting or Revoking User access.Troubleshooting and helping out the user to get access to the requested application.Working on Active Directory.Responsible for the adherence to fulfill the request with in the SLA period.Effective in interacting with the client and resolving user access issues through email and telephone communication.Effective in training new Process Executives.

Responsibilities include:Worked on Ticketing tool RemedyHardware troubleshooting,OS installation.Provided access to allow user into outlook ,lotus notes.Worked on request based on customer’s issues and resolving with in SLA.Have made sure to drive the team very well, by detailing their responsibilities and what is required. And made sure the deliverable are done on time
