In charge of delivering a full-fledged RF communications solution to the Blue Moon program. This work involves coordination with ground station networks, conops development, technology development, procurement and staffing plans, campaign management, and ownership of system budgets.

• Responsible for the communications subsystem of spacecrafts as well as the design/development of major payload data systems.• Led the development and technical roadmap of the communications system for the SCOUT satellites as well as rideshare platforms.• Made recommendations to and contributed to the design of the avionics architecture for the SCOUT block 2 bus.• Maintained specifications, functional diagrams, test procedures, and budgets for multiple RF systems.• Managed procurement of all RF hardware for flight and multiple test assets for ground. This involved contract negotiation and managing vendors from small to large scales.• Spearheaded system of systems debugging during developmental phases which required use of innovative solutions and design of tools in cost constrained situations. • Had major contributions to the successful delivery of Spaceflight's first on-orbit satellite in not only RF but Integration and Test, and Command and Data Handling subsystems. • Traveled to Sriharikota High Altitude Range (SHAR) in Sriharikota, India to support launch-site test and launch vehicle integration on the PSLV rocket.

• Worked on ground-station hardware for Kestrel Eye 2 satellite program. • Built a software-defined radio programmed into a specialized digital signal processing Xilinx FPGA with 53K logic cells and 128 DSP blocks. • Modeled transmit and receive algorithms in Simulink which were used to generate verilog modules through Simulink's HDL Coder toolbox. • Achieved 4.2 Mbps on S-Band with a niche modulation (ARTM Tier I, SOQPSK) and optimal decoding techniques (Viterbi algorithm).
