I have over three years of experience in leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for the Chakan, Pune Plant, using my expertise in Kaizen, 5S, and other lean methodologies. My role involves optimizing the quality, efficiency, and safety of the production processes and systems, resulting in breakdown elimination, cost savings, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction. I also coach and mentor the teams on the best practices and standards of TPM and Kaizen, creating a culture of excellence and innovation through SMT (Self Managed Teams).
