Responsibilities and Role details: Vendor Management Hotel bookings & Travel Bookings System management, small IT related tasks Support accounting related task Maintain & update signing registers Client Attendance management in the software Training and motivating to front office staff Software –payments bills & receipt entries Handle phone calls and customer queries Office stationery & toiletries material stock & order. Attend to all policy related queries from clients on a regular basis Exam Invigilation.  Theory exam paper checking & data entry, certification process of passed students.  Scanning tasks (shredding), backup in caseload is highHR Administrative works Coordination of interviews with candidates  Onboard joining formalities & salary account process of newly joined staff.  Employee exit documentation process & reports to HR General Manager employee Attendance management in the register
