With around 20 years of extensive sailing and shore-based experience in the global shipping industry, I currently serve as a Promotion Manager for Two-Stroke Engines at MAN Energy Solutions, the world’s leading provider of marine engines and propulsion systems. In this role, I support sales and marketing activities across the Middle East, Africa, Poland, and South Korea, leveraging my deep expertise in ship design and market dynamics.As a maritime decarbonization specialist, I am dedicated to discovering and implementing sustainable and innovative solutions for the marine sector. I have successfully managed and executed numerous high-value technical projects, including major retrofits, capacity enhancements, and energy efficiency improvements for container ships. I hold a Master’s degree in Maritime Safety and Environmental Management from the World Maritime University and a Chartered Marine Technologist from Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology.I thrive in diverse, multicultural environments and have consistently been part of teams that achieve their goals with high motivation, team spirit, and employee satisfaction. My strong communication and leadership skills enable me to effectively manage the full change management cycle, from need identification to final implementation.
