Additionally, I facilitate training sessions on leadership and negotiations, empowering teams and individuals with essential skills to thrive in dynamic environments.In the disc golf world, I serve as a board member of PDGA Europe and as Secretary General of the Estonian Disc Golf Association, where I work to grow the sport at all levels. My efforts focus on creating inclusive and thriving environments for both amateur and professional players, ensuring the sport continues to expand and reach new audiences.My leadership journey has been profoundly shaped by personal transformation. After overcoming depression and burnout, I pursued extensive education in family therapy, grief counseling, and teachings based on the Toltec Tradition.
