Built the Human Resource Function for Peachtree Settlement Funding from the ground up. Successfully led the HR team in the development and implementation of business lines such as Life Settlements, Pre-Settlements, Medical Lien Funding, Title Loans, Structured Settlements and Lottery. Worked closely with the CEO, COO and CFO to ensure HR was aligned with the business. Oversaw Human Resources, Facilities, Travel and Payroll. Accomplishments included:1. Implementation of eTime to monitor time and labor within the companies. This project lowered payroll processing costs by 67% and payroll processing time by 131%.2. Designed and implemented an ATS and career page resulting in annual recruitment savings of $800,000 while reducing time to fill by 24%.3. Designed and implemented corporate communication programs such as 20/20, Peachtree U and Peachtree TV.4. Drafted and implemented 4 different performance management programs tailored specifically to different business lines. In 2011 Peachtree was acquired by JG Wentworth, the largest Structured Settlements company in the industry. I worked closely with the management team to merge the organizations into a new company - JGWPT where I was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources until leaving local opportunity.

Oversaw HR functions in a start-up. Company was sold to Qualcomm for 800 Million.

Built the HR department from scratch. Oversaw recruiting, benefits, travel, and employee relations for this pre-IPO IT consulting organization. During my tenure we acquired three other consulting companies.
