Director and Shareholder at Clyde Snow & Sessions, Mr. Snow received his J.D. from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. Following graduation, Mr. Snow clerked for the Honorable Dee V. Benson for the United States District Court of the District of Utah. Elected by his peers as a Legal Elite in Employment Law defense work, Mr. Snow has extensive experience representing and counseling local, regional and national businesses in all areas of workplace law, including government investigations, wrongful terminations, reductions in workforce, Civil Rights Complaints before the EEOC, Federal and State Court, and state anti-discrimination agencies, Title VII, Sexual Harassment, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the False Claims Act. His experience also encompasses enforcing non-compete contracts as well as bringing and defending claims for trade secret misappropriations.
