• Responsible for Leave management, payroll, attendance for Corporate.• Looks after the employee services like Birthdays, ID cards, Employee Engagement, etc. for all the verticals of the company.

• Responsible for Leave management, payroll, attendance for Corporate.• Looks after the employee services like Birthdays, ID cards, Employee Marriage gifts, CSR, etc. for all the verticals of the company.• Assist AVP – HR in manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement, orientation, career planning, succession planning, formulation of policies and strategies.• Assisting the HODs of the verticals in preparing Organogram for the projects and then planning to fill the vacancies is minimum turnaround time.• Co-ordinating the personal interview, arranging campus interviews & also video interview.• Looking after the consultant services, negotiating, their renewal and taking proper services from the consultants.• Provides reports & HR - MIS on regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the senior management team informed of the recruitment progress.• Negotiating with candidates on salary or CTC.• Preparing offer letters, salary break - ups & appointment letters for the selected candidates.• To complete the joining formalities of new employees along with the proper documentation.• Conduct the induction programme for the new employee.• Assist AVP - HR on other general human resources and administration matters.

Leads the team of Five recruiters. • Understanding & capturing the various client requirements• Sourcing for potential candidates through various modes like Job postings, portals, internal database, references & headhunting.• Checking candidate's availability for the specific assignment, inducting them about the requirements & checking their suitability.• Evaluation of the candidate on various parameters like communication skill, technical skills, overall personality etc. and assessing the candidate by grading them and scheduling interviews.• Maintaining a daily MIS database report and a tracker on number of candidates recruited.
