To look after Manpower planning, Payroll Administration,Compensation, Performance Management.• Recruitment: As per Department need find out the candidatefrom different sources, took primary HR Interview round, CheckingDocuments, Maintaining Database of Candidate, BackgroundVerification of Candidate.• Ensure correct reporting system.Attendance details: Verifyattendance, compiled it, compiled others details like new joined,left employee, salary revision, designation changed etc.Salary Processing: Prepared & cross checked salary sheets; If anyissues clarify with Seniors , Prepared Salary RTGS & mail toAccountant for further process.• Generate salary slips & mail to resp employees Generate reportof same.• Look after employees EPF, ESI Process of New Joined & leftemployees, Generate EPF, ESI, PT TDS Challan regularly on time,Maintain record of same.• Sanction the leaves to the subordinate staff as per the LeaveRules of the company.• Leave Record: Maintain leave record in excel, Prepared Newleave record every year, Allotted leave as per employee balanceleave.• Handle employee queries related to employee data in theHRMS.• Coordinates with labour Contractor for manpower & billing.• Preparing Holiday list, attendance card for sales staff & PurchaseOrders in emergency• Look after performance appraisal,employee retention, bonusAnalyse the training requirement for providing a satisfactory staffdevelopment program.• Preparing Various types of HR & Admin related letters.• Maintain Different types of HR Record :- Attendance, Leave,Salary expenses, Appointment letter, EPF, IT declaration, MonthlyHR report, Offer letter, PF details, Salary Break up, salary revision,Emp. Information, KYC details etc.
