As Lead Organizer I managed every aspect of the conference alongside a core team or fellow organizers from the community. • Sponsor Coordinating: Sourcing and reaching out to WordPress Global sponsors, and potential sponsors from around the hosting, design, plugin development, ecommerce, and online business solutions delivery markets• Speakers Coordinating: Planned a workflow of announcing speaking opportunities at camp, reviewing submissions, and selecting a varied and diverse set of content for the conference. • Venue and Experience: Source and select a venue able to accommodate 400+ attendees and four session rooms.
