 Responsible for the civil and mechanical maintenance works of Ogarrio field facilities.  Contract Holder of Mechanical & Civil works, Engineering, integrity Studies. Project Manager in Development of Basic and Detail Engineering for pipelines, pressure vessels, Storage tanks, compression stations, separation facilities and infrastructure. Construction and repair of Pipelines, storage tanks, manifolds, and pressure vessels. Development of basic and detailed engineering and Modification of a 10,000 BPD storage tank to a Gun Barrel Tank, to improve the Water/Oil separation process. Repair of 10,000 storage tanks after integrity report. Responsible to Prepare the annual maintenance work plans and analysis, estimation, and administration of the annual OPEX/CAPEX budget. Responsible for planning and execution of integrity studies of static equipment, field manifolds, storage tanks, vessels, and pipelines. (Risk analysis, risk-based inspection, END, Cathodic protection systems, Integrity Reports, Pipeline Integrity Administration Plan (PAID) to comply with ASEA standard NOM-009-ASEA-2017). Development of proposals through tenders aligned to operational needs with compliance with the company standards and national & international laws Leader in planning resources and execution of corrective maintenance activities during shutdowns and process plants start-up. Develop, manage, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with annual objectives. Responsible of the planning, control and monitoring of contractor’s field activities ensuring compliance with company policies and HSE Standards. Implementation and monitoring of KPI´s to follow up performance of maintenance activities and contractor’s services. Immediate actions to eliminate or control risks such as repairs of pipelines, storage tanks, vessels & infrastructure. Data support in audits for regulatory compliance. (ASEA/ CNH /SENER)  Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards

• Project management of civil works, mechanics, roads, hydraulics and residential houses.• Elaboration of technical and economic proposals controlling the times and costs of each project.• Manage government permit procedures for each execution of each project.

• Programming, control and monitoring annual maintenance programs (corrosion and infrastructure).• Develop studies of mechanical integrity of hydrocarbon transport pipelines and infrastructure (Risk-based inspection, internal and external inspections (END), Cathodic Protection systems), as well as analyze the findings and risks to schedule their immediate repair.• Establish actions to increase the safety and productivity indicators of the infrastructure, ensuring operational reliability.• Supervise the follow-up and compliance with maintenance protocols during the construction of collector walls.• Use of resources and savings through the administration and planning of CAPEX/OPEX budgets aligned to maintenance programs.

• Training in the areas of Instrumentation, Maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, top drive and special tools, to develop the activities of the Onshore/Offshore drilling project in the oil fields in the Gulf of Mexico.

• Develop and implement a Social and Environmental Plan for the impact of the industry in the oil fields.• Lead the planning, control and delivery of environmental projects to optimize the productivity and safety of operations in the oil industry.• Coordinate audits within the operating facilities to review the procedures of the processes of the construction and maintenance departments in the southeast region of Mexico.• Ensure the implementation of pipeline maintenance processes and protocols during construction and operation, as well as roads, bridges and wellpads to maximize the safety and productivity indicators of the operation.• Apply various evaluations for the analysis of Performance of the application of operating procedures based on environmental regulations.
