Key to this success was the successful implementation of business analytics, which enabled us to identify potential clients most likely to purchase high-profit products for Forvaltningshuset.The business was integrated into Forvaltningshuset in early 2016.

In 2008, I co-founded Forvaltningshuset with four other partners. By the time I left the company, we managed more than 7 billion NOK in investments on behalf of our customers.My responsibilities included hiring and training asset managers, serving as an account manager for our largest clients, and overseeing major investments in product portfolio optimization, IT systems for customer reporting, customer analysis, compliance, CRM, management of distribution partners, and other functions as the company grew.

As the CTO of Boligstiftelsen Nydalen, I managed all IT infrastructure, encompassing network administration, maintenance of our web portal, installation of hardware and software, as well as providing user support for 215 residents and the company's employees.

In my role as CFO at Bærum kommune eiendom, my responsibilities included budgeting, maintaining accounts, preparing financial statements, reporting to the board, as well as overseeing invoicing and payroll processes.

As the initiator and president of the integration process between the student unions of BI NSM Sandvika, BI Oslo, Norges Markedshøyskole, and Norges Varehandelshøyskole, I successfully led the effort to merge the organizations. This resulted in the formation of a unified student union, encompassing 8,000 members and generating an annual turnover of 55 million NOK.Due to my achievements in this role, the President of BI recognized my efforts and awarded me a full scholarship for my MSc in Business and Administration.
