Hi, I'm Nichole Thomas, a passionate HR Professional and Diversity Recruiter with a love for all things related to helping increase the number of C-Suite BIPOC and Women executives. I bring over 10 years of recruiting experience to every recruiting project. What is unique about me is that having worked with supervisors for over 10 years writing and revising job descriptions and listening to what their needs are, I am able to also help leaders reimagine roles as well, before searching for candidates. From HR Coordinator and Recruiter Assistant all the way up to HR Director, then HR Consultant and Executive Recruiter, I've had the privilege of partnering with local executive recruiters who brought 20 plus years of experience to my collaborative work. My goal is to help organizations fulfill their diversity recruiting initiatives, and I'm dedicated to listening to members of the senior leader team as well as the staff to find the best person for the role. I am committed to utilize my network, traditional recruiting methods such as active and passive recruiting, as well as the network of my professional networks.When I'm not, you will find me studying foreign languages and trying to bake pastries from foreign/international countries.
