As the solo developer for the Retirement Plan Services Broker/Dealer group, I developed the end-to-end transaction processing and account management software application suite for the product that became SchwabPlan™. The application suite included an end-user desktop application, a self-monitoring file transfer utility, an internal account processing application (that increased productivity by approximately 1900% by decreasing the amount of time required to process account creation requests and transfer of funds between accounts), and an equity block trade processing application.
