Advising COA location managers, language teachers, program advisors, casemanagers and policy makers on integration processes for asylum seekers in the Netherlands. Analyzing integration data and -processes on quality, effectiveness and efficiency.

As a Program Advisor and business trainer I develop and teach educational curriculums for asylum seekers and professionals. Educating, informing and consulting asylum seekers about housing processes, Dutch society, the Dutch education system and the Dutch health care system are a big part of my work. Therefore I stimulte asylum seekers to actively find work and build towards a better future in the Netherlands or elsewhere, daily.Organising and coördinating recreational and sports activities for asylum seekers in a broad sence. Activating refugess towards jobs, education, sports and meaningfull recreation. Initiate, advise and develop national (COA) and local sport projects in order to improve integration for asylum seekers into the Dutch society. For example; local football, volleyball and basketball matches where teams of asylum seekers play against local teams. This way both sides learn about each others cultures and situations and therefore creates new understandings, visions and opinions about prejudice they had before.

As CEO of Hotel Mystery Visits I lead a team of experts who visits, advise and train hotel and resort employees and management in the leisure industy. We improve awareness on hospilatily, hygiene, sales, service and many more aspects of the leisure, travel and tourism industry. Hotel Mystery Visits targets on improving business by improving quality and guest experiences. Trough mystery guest visits, training, testing, marketing and creating uniquness, Hotel Mystery Visits manages to achieve growth and profits for its' clients.

Generation Sport supports national and local sport organisations, governments, sport clubs, businesses and institutions, in and around the sports and leisure industry. I lead a team who advise these organisations on goals policies, callaboration, market oppertunities and educational curriculums. Also we guide induvidual and team athlethes of any level to achieve personal or team goals. Therefore Generation Sport is expert in multi or single activity training camps all over the world. Our sport teachers and professors provide physical education, motor skills and teaching games for understanding (TGfU) lessons to students. We also train PE teachers to become experts in these fields of education. Last, Generation sport organises outdoor and indoor sport events for businesses.(NL): Wij ondersteunen sportorganisaties, -verenigingen, overheden, bedrijven en instellingen in en rond de sportwereld, maar ook individuele sporters bij besluitvorming, beleidsontwikkeling en uitvoering van hun doelen en taken. Voorbeelden van onze werkzaamheden zijn het optimaliseren en uitvoeren van verenigings- en sportmanagement, het sturen en bevorderen van de samenwerking tussen onderwijs, overheid en sportorganisaties, het uitwerken van specifieke projecten of nieuwe concepten en personal training voor zowel uzelf als individu of voor uw organisatie. Ook verzorgen wij lessen bewegingsonderwijs en verzorgen wij sportclinics voor studenten. Ook docenten kunnen bij Generation Sport terecht voor bijscholing op Motorisch Leren, Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) and zelfs het vormgeven van een vakwerkplan of een nieuw onderwijscurriculum. Daarnaast organiseren we sportieve en zakelijke evenementen voor bedrijven.
