In charge of gathering, analysing and defining requirements to implement projects in ServiceNow for ITSM and other custom applications that are used by various clients.Roles and Responsibilities:- Definition, estimation and realisation of the project roadmap, coordination of project actors, budget management- Gather requirements by conducting workshops and other business analysis techniques with product owners / process owners / other clients - Preparation of functional specifications, definition of the design- Build roadmap for operational maturity and efficiency of the tool - Coordination with developers- Testing and management of evolution catalogue- change management, accompanying and training the users, preparation of training materialsMain Missions:- Led implementations of IT service management modules and other applications- Conceptualised ideas for innovations, application rationalisations and implemented the same- Drove multiple ServiceNow upgrade programs

- Responsible to ensure team lives agile values and principles - Keep all stakeholders informed of the progress of the projects / sprints - Identify and resolve potential impediments / risks of the project / sprints - Work with other IT teams to ensure the delivery of the user stories resolving dependencies without delay - Organise and host ceremonies such as Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, Daily meeting, Demo, and Retrospective meetings to track and improve the performance of the feature team - Coach and advise feature team on the scaled agile practices

- Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow capabilities - Design and review the technical solutions for Dev team - Review code and advise best practices to Dev team - Escalation point of contact for the Dev team - Management of releases and upgrades of ServiceNow - Ensure necessary artefacts are produced for the sprint delivery - Participate and contribute to the RFCs and new business opportunities - Implement multiple integrations in ServiceNow by both SOAP / REST services - Implement all ITSM core modules - Provide expertise in all technical capabilities in ServiceNow: Emails, Workflows, SLAs, Service Catalog, etc., - Peer code review and unit testing - Produce technical design and unit testing documentsMain Missions: - Implemented a working model of AI solution using IBM Watson Services with ServiceNow - Implemented CIIs with Google and Microsoft’s AI Services
