Drive quality of process and work with Ops closely for timely completion.Manage the entire Pune & Indore Location, working as an Individual Contributor and guiding both the teams.Efficiently managing Employee Relations & Experience by conducting employee interaction activities like skips, open forums, 1-1’s with employees and their managers to identify people requirements in the business verticals.Ensuring the Rewards & Recognition plan is a motivational platform for boosting employee moraleResponsible for compensation management-payroll.Manage the entire Rewards & recognition at organizational level.Responsible for all the Employee Engagement Activities like- All Hands, Newsletter, Employee excitement events, HR Open House.Have clear understanding of the policies and conduct need based induction sessions for employees. Provide clarity to employee queries and issues.
