My Roles and Responsibilities includes Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Analytics, Employee Benefits (GMC, GPA & GTLI), Vendor Management, Employee Engagement, Policy Adherence and Formulation, HR Budgeting, Performance Management System, Training & Development, etc.

1. Assessing Needs, Designing and Delivering Training in terms of Soft Skills, Interview Preparation, Etc.2. Generating Leads in respect to firms looking out for Manpower consultancy Services.3. Client Coordination in detail with reference to profile requirement, Interview schedule & Finalization.4. Headhunting and Sourcing through Job Portals, Social Media and Databank.5. Leading the recruitment vertical.6. Working with IT and Non IT Clients with hiring of critical positions.7. Handling PAN India projects for till onboarding of the candidate8. Working with other vendors with reference to sourcing and selections.

After proving my capabilities my roles were elongated and were more defined from Talent Acquistion Specialist to an HR Generalist role (Branch HR)1. End to end recruitment process.2. Responsible for complete joining, on boarding process and induction program of new employees3. Errorless closure of attendance within TAT4. Taking care of complete employee life cycle and end to end HR processes.5. Handling employee grievances mostly related to the queries of employee pertaining to ESI, PF, etc.6. Responsible of Apprentice recruitment and documentation under the Apprentice Act, 19617. Employee Engagement Activities (Organizing Sports Activities, R&R Activities, Organizing Blood Donation Camps, Festival Celebrations, etc.)8. Coordinating in various trainings provided to the Gujarat based employees, also have delivered training to all the employees of our new payroll application

After completing PGDM - HR, I got a chance to be a part of GTPL Family. My role here was Talent Acquisition Specialist, where my role was as follows:1. Understanding of Industry and the Org Structure of the company.2. Handling various projects of recruitment.3. Understanding the job needs and preparing the job description.4. Sourcing the candidates from various modes which included different Job Portals, Social Media and other sources.5. Screening the candidate by conducting the telephonic or personal interviews6. Arranging and coordinating the functional interviews.7. Negotiating the selected candidates.8. Completing the On Boarding formalities along with Induction.9. Background Verification of the candidates.
