In this role, I assumed responsibility for an entire business unit, which afforded me the opportunity to learn about various aspects of human resources, including payroll management, employee relations, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.Managing a business unit offered substantial exposure and learning in the field of Human Resources Management. Seeking to further enhance my skills, I pursued a PGDM in HR from the Tata Institute Of Professional Studies and engaged in a practical training program with Grab IT HR.Armed with enhanced skills and increased experience, I successfully secured the position of HR Manager at Casa Consulting, a Project Management company. This role has exposed me to a new industry and an entirely different work culture, adding yet another layer to my professional journey."The best is yet to be!"
