Senior Human Resources Business Partner
CurrentPartner with the Center of Excellence & stakeholders to implement interventions that enable managers drive a high performance-driven culture throughout. -Responsible for driving talent management and engagement agenda across organization and for designated line of businesses by design and launch of multiple programs- Right talent in the right seats at the right time to drive results for FIS clients & stakeholders- Engagement survey analytics – partner closely with Business Leaders to understand the data and co create action plan’s - Partner with Total Reward COE to understand compensation strategy and work with business on application and education- Manage compensation processes (e.g. merit, salary changes, bonus, and equity programs) for assigned business unit- Deliver Client Excellence (CEX) established targets- Analyze key attrition reasons. Design retention programs based on internal and external market scenarios.
