Handling Business Development and recruitment.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:•Find out the clients who would be interested to work with us and ‘cold calling’ to companies to generate new business.•Find out various job openings of clients and taking vacancy details from employers.•Building good relationships with employers so that they keep using your agency.•Finalizing various Terms & Conditions & negotiation for Business Proposal.•Keeping entire records of clients, employers and vacancies.•Handover the client as per the Vertical after getting pitched.•Take updates about the clients from all recruiters & Team Leaders as per the Vertical.•Take Monthly report from all Team Leaders about the positions and status.•Handle recruitments and keep the client satisfaction level on high.Understanding the manpower requirement from business.• Sourcing resumes from various sources like Databank, Internal References, using online Job Portals, Mapping or Headhunting for approaching candidates for executive or specialist jobs.• Screening and short listing of resumes as per the Job Description.• Reviewing, Evaluating and Short-listing profiles. Prepare a proper Job Profile along with companies’ details for candidate’s reference.• Validating the short listed profiles, by talking to the candidates and screening them on basic parameters like communication skills, educational eligibility, interests and preferences, current availability and salary expectations• Scheduling Interviews & taking their telephonic round of Interview.•Interviewing and testing job seekers, to build a pool of people ready to fill vacancies• Documentation of the databases, recording the candidate details along with test scores, qualification, contact details and other essential information of the candidates that are interviewed.• Following up with the candidates and client for the date of joining & other formalities.•keeping in touch with job seekers.
