- Diversification and growth of portfolios in the CA4 National Offices (Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador & Nicaragua), reaching US$41.2MM in new resources for Fiscal Year 2024. - Articulated work between the grant acquisition, private sector, philanthropy, communications and marketing teams with a portfolio vision. - Successfully led the design and development of strategic initiatives such as: a) the Central America Localization Strategy for WV CA4, b) Business Model for local USAID funding and c) the CA4 Impact Proposal for the “Everyone Needs a Believer” (ENAB) campaign. - Achieved the diversification of the portfolio with the private sector through a shared value strategy and positioning WV as a strategic organization for the development of joint projects. During FY24 reached US$815K with the local private companies and US$2,3MM with international foundations and corporations. - Strategically consolidated the Vision Trip & Country Host Program in the CA4 region, this includes the start of the program in El Salvador. During the FY24 National Offices successfully carried out 40 Vision Trips. - Active member of the Sustainability Board Committee in Honduras, Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) of Guatemala, Honduras and CA4 Cluster. - Dynamic and Strategic relationship with key staff from WV Support Offices (USA, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, UK, Rep. EU and Global Center. - Administration of high-performance and multinational teams with a vision of integrated sustainability.

- Provide leadership, enhance capacity and positioning of World Vision National Offices in Guatemala and Honduras for acquiring & managing bi & multi-lateral grants and private funds, build a high-impact grant portfolio, and meet donor and WV grant implementation and accountability standards.- Lead sustainability Units in each country composed of the Donor Liaison Teams (Philanthropy), Grants Acquisition Units, and Private Sector Coordinators. Provide strategic business intelligence to proactively identify new opportunities for Grant resources, in line with the strategic priorities of the National Offices. Likewise, provide a portfolio oversight that ensures both maximum impact as per national and sub-regional strategies, quality and adherence to World Vision and donor requirements.- Plan, coordinate, oversee and implement the National Offices Grants Acquisition strategy and business plans through the leadership and guidance of the national office teams, developing their capacity and competencies to guarantee the successful implementation of processes (including donor engagement, proposal development, team resource allocation throughout the NOs, tracking of performance metrics, and strengthening the cross-functional relationships to improve the resource acquisition & grant management); Ensure clear and direct periodical communication of the portfolio’s status to Country Program Directors (CPD) and respective Senior Management Teams.
