The project is a two million square foot, mixed-used development located in the Transbay District of San Francisco and comprises two towers, 910 feet and 605 feet in height, respectively.Oceanwide Center features 1.35 million square feet of office space, 265 luxury residential units and 169-key Waldorf Astoria San Francisco hotel. At street level, the buildings are open and transparent to the community; providing a 70-foot high, half-acre public open space with landscaping, sculpture garden, restaurants and a performance venue; all interconnected via pedestrian routes linking Oceanwide Center to the urban grid of the City.
