It is the market leader in India.Area of Exposure/ Expertise:-• Handling Receipt Quality of BODY Parts (Sheet metal) .• Conducting Supplier Audit and review of PPAP/FMEA/APQP to improve Processes of parts. • Defect Analysis, PPM, and Review of entire Supplier Problems.• Monthly Monitoring the Quality Rating and Supplier up gradation to improve their Performance and Quality. • Responsible for improving quality and accuracy of Weld Shop Assy. by implementing fool-proofing (poke-yoke) techniques at in-house and at supplier end. • Line Rejection (Vendor Related parts) analysis by using quality system like PDCA cycle, 7-QC tools, SPC, SQC, WHY-WHY analysis and 8-D format.• Responsible for approving New Developed Samples and trial on line for their fitment feedback.• Revalidation of Supplier parts as per MISP on fixed frequency.• Monitoring & trend analysis of MIR of critical parts.
