This involved creating internal communications, arranging workshops, liaising with company heads, arranging stakeholder interviews, and creative content writing. • SEO optimisation and keyword tracking, utilising tools such as Moz.• Leading and managing an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) team: utilising the Future-Fit model and the UN SDGs: with results reported to the board.• Email marketing campaigns utilising tools such as MailChimp and Constant Contact.• Writing award entries: most recently for the ISOA awards, which SafeLane won.• Collaborating with business unit leaders to generate content and convert jargon-heavy information into accessible content.
