Balance Sheet Finalization:Ensuring preparation & finalization of Balance Sheets of group companies as per Schedule VI of the Companies act, Preparation of Cash flow Statement of all the companies, Ensuring proper disclosure in preparation of Notes to accounts. Preparation of financials as per IFRS reporting of all group companies for Investors. Management Reports: Preparation of MIS on monthly basis as per Indian GAAP and IFRS. Reviewing of Operating Expenditure (OPEX) line by line on monthly basis. Preparation of management reports and other financial analysis as per requirement of senior management from time to time. Budget/ Projections: Preparation of annual budget for all group companies and reviewing cost variances and taking corrective actions for the same. Fixed Assets Register:Preparation of FAR and calculating depreciation on monthly basis as per IGAAP and IFRS. Reviewing Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) on monthly basis. Statutory Audit:Coordinating between various departments of the company for effective and smooth completion of statutory audit. Due Diligence:Assisting in the due diligence activity undertaken by the proposed investors of the company.

Direct Taxation:Preparing replies for income tax cases, Handling Cases under scrutiny, Attending hearings at CIT Level, Ensuring proper filing of income tax returns/ TDS Returns of the Company including all the group companies, Joint Ventures and SPV’s Financial Models/ Projections:Ensuring preparation of Various Financial models/ projections for financing of various projects, Ensuring proper coordination & Follow up with various bankers, Documentation in regard to financing of the project, Vetting of final loan agreements and various other agreements entered into Balance Sheet Finalization: Ensuring preparation & finalization of Balance Sheets of various group companies as well as SPV’s of the company as per Schedule VI of the Companies act, Preparation of Cash flow Statement and Fund Flow Statement of all the companies, Ensuring proper disclosure in preparation of Notes to accounts Internal Audits: Leading team for internal audit of various SPV’s, Joint Ventures & other group companies, ensuring various internal checks & internal controls at different levels during various transactions Management Reports: Preparing management reports like trend analysis, pre transaction & post transaction analysis, sensitivity analysis for various transactions & other financial analysis as per requirement of senior management from time to time Other responsibilities: • Preparation of various reports, providing various documents as and when desired, in regard to get credit rating of the company including the group company• Worked as part of team for vetting of various legal agreements entered into with Foreign Investors and their lawyers• Ensuring compliances & providing opinion on various issues raised by site offices in regard to Companies Act/ Service Tax & VAT
