- Management of Internal Sales Reporting, Analytics, and R&O including oversight of Net Net Sales month-end processes, including accruals, on-time depletions forecasting, on-time delivery of month-end commentary from field finance teams; Delivery of high-level insights and commentary on financial and business drivers for the US / Total Portfolio to PRUSA executives and rest of business; Ensure accuracy of all reported figures; Maintain frequent and open discussion with Field Finance Directors and Managers on state of the business and any developing R&O’s, elevate any issues as necessary- Govern field finance/sales organization planning and interactions with PRUSA HQ (incl. The Seton Fund is a member of the Seton Foundations, a non-profit organization that oversees the philanthropic needs of the Seton Healthcare Family hospitals in central Texas. As an intern for the Seton Fund, I assisted in the fundraising efforts for the new UT-Dell teaching hospital, the NICU wing of SMCA, and several other ongoing and future fundraising efforts. My tasks as an intern included the collection, organization, and presentation of research related to fundraising events, donors, and potential donors, the organization of donor information, database management, and the creation of financial reports and presentation materials.
