Recruitment:   Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly o Facilitating newcomers joining formalities  Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly Compensation & Benefits Ensure fulfil all openings on time Taking proper requirement from department & understanding the requirements of opening HR Administration: Coordinating with Housekeeping team regarding office cleaning, dusting, maintain hygiene, Maintain record of stationary. Prepare employee welcome kit Coordinating with IT Support team for creating login ID of new joinees Employee Engagement & Employee Grievances Arranging employee activities time to time monthly, biweekly Arranging celebration of festivals like Diwali, Navratri, Holi etc. Ensure smooth flow between management and employees by solving employee queries Payroll:  Preparing payroll report by doing proper calculation of leaves & salary Handling monthly payroll report and yearly forms for employees.  Providing payroll report on time and provide to account department Others: Maintaining employee files in soft and hard Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees   Ensure proper joining and exit process Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management HR Management Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.

• Develop and update job description and job specifications.• Creating job postings and putting them up online on sites like Naukri.com, Monster.com• Sourcing resumes using various job portals and personal references.• Screening resumes, short listing and conducting preliminary interview.• Scrutinizing and sorting of CV’s.• Establish telephonic contact with prospective candidates.• Initial screening of candidates like assessing their confident level and expectations.• Scheduling candidates.• Conducting walk-in with preliminary telephonic Interview.• Negotiating CTC with selected candidates and convincing them.• Follow up the candidate till the time of joining.• Single point of contact for recruitment right from entry level to Manager• Searching required profiles from Job-Portals via, Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, References etc..• Also done recruitment for Indian client as well as gulf client and African Client.
