Joined Pfizer Korea as a Business Technology Director(CIO) in 2006. Have taken Asia Region (Korea, Japan, ANZ) BT Lead for Established Product Business Unit (Off-Patent BU) from 2009 to 2013 and Asia Developed Market Cluster (Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore) BT Lead for all Business Units from 2016 to 2019.Besides the BT Lead role, I was the Auditing Director at Pfizer and Wyeth for several years and led continuous improvement initiatives as a corporate innovation champion and black belt for Pfizer Korea. I also led several corporate TFTs and supported in areas like digital marketing, process improvement, customer focusing, building the vision, and getting things done easily.Before joining Pfizer, I led the Strategy and Planning Team, and performed projects as a Principal Consultant at Samsung SDS, the biggest IT service company in Korea. Also, I served as a Senior Manager at Accenture and worked as a consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers. During my time as a consultant, I dealt with many business and technology issues in Koreas’ big companies such as Samsung, LG, and Hanwha.I have extensive consulting and system integration experience in various industries including resource, product, and banking. My consulting experience areas are ERP implementation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Datawarehouse, e-Commerce, Information System Planning, Process Innovation, Shared Service and Outsourcing, and Program Management Office (PMO). I also have experience in securities companies as a stock-broker and was an international finance department member.To add, I am an adjunct professor of the Department of Business Administration at Dongyang Mirae University and was a former adjunct professor of the Department of Management of Technology at KonKuk University.
