Manage business relationship for Corporate and Global Functions (CGF) team to advance, influence and transform how PepsiCo’s digital brand presence is safeguarded and forge new, enterprise-wide relationships with IT and Business professionals. Key roles:• Build strategic partnerships with the business with a primary focus on understanding and articulating business needs and driving value from IT investments to: Converge business strategies, infuse innovation into business initiatives, shape demand for IT services and capabilities and drive value-oriented results• Accelerate business results and uncover potentially new and exciting areas to drive value• Cultivate relationships and sustain enabling digital technology solutions with/for Global IT Security Global Communications, Marketing, and other business teams• Partner with IT and brand teams, to understand digital campaigns, promotions, and PepsiCo’s digital marketing calendar• Maintain and grow vendor engagement and management of PepsiCo’s domain and hosting providers• Manage vendor solutions - along with BRM/IT Operations sustain activity - across the digital platform, web, mobile, social• Identify and develop innovative digital technology strategies which safeguard our digital brands• Coach and develop team members by driving accountability, ownership, and the IT organization’s Cultural Values• Manage incident response and provides clear, business centric communication to Business Partners• Led Agile processes for 6 teams: facilitated iteration planning, daily scrum, reviews, and retrospectives• Contributed to PI planning workshops, system demos, and inspect-and-adapt workshops• Collaborated on SAFe framework, Scrum of Scrums, and managed dependencies• Guided teams in sprint backlog decisions, mitigated impediments, and used JIRA/AZURE for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting• Maintained project documents and assigned tasks for efficient project management
