A. Handling the following processes of the Order to Cash Cycle with a primary focus on Account Receivables (AR):1. Sales record checking and tracking on Customer relationship management (CRM): My responsibility was to do a timely check and reconcile the sales that were booked by the sales team on CRM with that on the contract/ engagement letter.2. Contracting- legal: End-to-end coordination with internalstakeholders, client’s business, and legal team to negotiate noncommercial terms, conditions, and clauses to close out signing of contracts/ engagement letter.3. Staffing: Passive supporting the staffing team.4. Budget vs Actuals reporting: Involves reporting of budget viz-a-viz actual project external and internal costs, via profit & loss unbilled workings. Identify any major gaps and highlight them to the CFO and the respective project partner.5. Invoice raising: With the help of the signed contracts/ Purchase or word order issued by the clients, accurately raise invoices on the invoicing tool. Support with raising the intercompany invoices as well.6. Timesheets & Utilization Reporting: Passive support to the staffing team.7. Account Receivables follow-up & tracking: (i) Being responsible for receiving the payments of the customers on time. (ii) Reminding customers of their due payments. (iii) Providing information related to open invoices. (iv) Updating the visual dashboard so that the sales team has a view of the AR and have a periodic discussion on the AR with the sales team.B. Working on project-wise unbilled revenue and monthly revenuereconciliationsC. Project-wise MIS tracker maintenance which will better help with order to cash tracking.D.Corporate Compliance: float out on a periodic basis compliance questionnaire org-wide, collect the responses, analyze the same, and report the findings to the CFO and the concerned partner.Have handled these processes above for Redseer's MEA and SEA subsidiaries.
