As a Payment Gateway Senior Architect, I am responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable, and efficient payment processing systems. Ensuring seamless integration with various financial institutions, merchants, vendors, ISV's and compliance with industry standards.

Market Product Onboarding is a workflow application catering to a wide array of clients and securities for BNY Mellon. The web application is widely used in the onboarding process of Clients/securities.Highlights & Responsibilities• Daily logins exceed more than 15K internal users of the bank and over 3K different workflows are supported through the system, catering to many business lines for the bank.• The application is built on the latest angular framework and Camunda engine in the backend with JAVA API. • Awarded Best of Class 2021, for incorporating parallel workflows.The application uses CI/CD pipeline, integrated with JIRA board workflows. There is a continuous vulnerability scans and fixes provided by the team on a regular basis.The application is regularly audited both by external (KPMG) and internal BNY Mellon auditors. My work also involved adding more feature lists to the growing demands of the business. Lots of straight through processing implementation and seamlessly coordinating with both upstream and downstream applications. Responsibilities included constantly reviewing design and architecture to growing demands of the business. Mentoring & guiding team of architects to create a sustainable microservice design, easier to deploy and maintain. Responsibilities also included coordinating with application teams, project management, testing teams and meeting end clients and choosing vendor products. Actively involved in mitigating and resolving system scan vulnerabilities and other cyber security related concerns.

Wealth Management web portal is a client facing application for high-net-worth individuals and family office customers. The portal has been redesigned and developed on the latest angular framework with Microservices API as backend. Mentored and guided application teams. The web application integrates with numerous third-party applications (both internal/external) to bring out the best User experience. Our team was awarded “Best in class for 2018” for exceeding expectations and meeting project timelines. My role and responsibilities included designing, architecting & developing UX/UI components for the project. Lead a team of application architects on designing the service layer, refactoring many services to cater to business needs. Mentored team to adapt to changing technology stack and changes. The application uses technologies especially angular, ngrx, ngrx-store/ngrx-effect/angular material/ rxjs/SASS/ git, azure portal, azure functions, microservices etc.

Project: Futures Management ApplicationResponsibilities:Responsibilities include providing technical, design, development, production support and guidance to the application team maintaining application deliverables. Work also involves lots of interaction and coordination and planning among different application groups, testing teams and the end client. Maintaining application deliverables for crisis management and disaster recovery.Accomplishments:Successfully designed, developed, implemented two new futures products in a record time. Improved, designed and consolidated batch job operational times.

Project: Equinox Reporting System Responsibilities: Responsibilities include working on multiple projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Major Highlights: Successfully developed and deployed over 60 reports alone last year, spread over more than 7-8 different projects. Removed performance bottlenecks in application, improved large, big requests that was taking 12 minutes to process to good 90 seconds. Managed a new offshore team, gave them enough support and confidence, to meet all project timelines. I have been working on new enhancements on the Creehan Product(ScriptMed). The application was designed to get new enhancements from third party API's and without breaking changes to existing application. There were numerous third party API integration to get literature associated with drugs, symptoms and other enhancements.Highlights1. Design and implementation of Scriptmed with our biggest vendor CVS caremark.2. Launched app store to address integrating with third party API.3. Design and implementation of Scriptmed with Medispan for drug/disease paraphernalia.4. Migration from ICD-9 to ICD-10, ensuring backward compatibility.5. Migration to deployment to cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure)

I have been working for PPG project for their Quote Pricing System. My role and responsibilities included designing and architecting solutions both for the web and mobile users. The application used web API as backend and oracle as database.

My work profile included maintaining existing applications as many as 12 of them and also doing upgrades/enhancements to existing applications.Highlights1. Automating DHS vendor management system from manual process. 2. Designing reporting mechanism which can run through batch jobs on state changes. 3. Developed software applications for A25(toll system, Montreal Canada). The toll application was developed as a multi tenant for many cities. The application was developed using TDD (Test driven development).

I have been mostly developing smart client applications for the state project (MPSC). I did a lot of WCF programming and SCSF (Smart Client....) I was the chief architect of their WCF service design process. The WIC program implementation required many new features, ability to take the application offline for a week.Highlights1. Designed and developed WCF service to ensure many service calls (monitoring, auditing, self restart)2.The client application can be taken offline for a week and can be synced back to the main application.3. Project had feature toggles to show different UI/services to the three different states. 4. Test Driven Development approach for the whole project, quicker release cycles.
