In this role, I work with a variety of stakeholders, including business leaders, IT professionals, and HR personnel. I also ensure that new hire-to-retire systems are properly implemented and that users are adequately trained.I have a proven track record of success in deploying complex HR solutions, including SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, and aligning the company's ERP with the HR Landscape. In my previous role as Hire to Retire Business Release Manager in KL, Malaysia, I led the successful deployment of SuccessFactors to over 50 countries in various regions (Middle East, Asia, Europe, Africa) and payroll modernization for the Asia region.I am passionate about helping organizations implement hire-to-retire systems that will support their business goals and improve the employee experience.
