The more than 20 years acting in the area of IT, about 15 years have been providing services to Copebrás and the Anglo American Group. During this period my work has always been focused on projects improving processes and information technology services. The experience acquired in delivery services was quite important while working in the Santos’ Port. In Copebrás I attended all of the technological developments since 1995, helping the productive areas on searching new technologies and solving problems that could cause impacts on sales and production control. I had participation in the process of security policies creation to the IT department developing procedures and work instructions. Always following the best practices of ITIL in conjunction with the ISO and OHSAS standards where I had the opportunity to work as an auditor. With the outsourcing process implemented by HP had the experience of knowing the service provider side, having now all the Anglo American group and not only Copebrás. It was very useful to develop project plans specifying goals, strategies, risk identification, contingency plans and allocation of resources in several geographically distributed locations in Brazil. I am currently working for Copebrás using my technical knowledge and the knowledge gotten in the production areas process to help identify business needs in relation to the IT area by identifying and suggesting improvements. Also performing technical tasks under the contract and / or for any other reason there is no coverage by HP. The fact that he worked in HP is very positive because I know the key players (department and processes) to achieve the solution of various problems that may affect the business. As long-standing knowledge of the Copebrás environment enabled me better integration with the people thus allowing the identification of business needs.
